I have had many years of experience in a number of industries. I am a versatile and talented Business and Process Analyst who is experienced at working on major projects, and at times, various projects simultaneously. I am adept at gathering information via JAD sessions and documenting the requirements and processes into comprehensive and complete artifacts and reports. I have accomplished communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels. I am comfortable working on my own, or part of a team I have worked with different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and business and process modeling tools (ARIS, Nimbus and others), and adapt easily to most environments and industries.
